中央空调系统一般主要由:制冷压缩机系统、冷媒(冷冻和冷热)循环水系统、冷却循环水系统、盘管风机系统、冷却塔风机系统等组成。

冷冻循环水系统:通过冷冻水泵将常温水泵入蒸发器盘管中与冷媒进行间接热交换,这样原来的常温水就变成了低温冷冻水,冷冻水被送到各风机风口的冷却盘管中吸收盘管周围的空气热量,产生的低温空气由盘管风机吹送到各个房间,从而达到降温的目的。

冷却塔的结构:冷却塔是由本体、集水盘、消音毯、蜂窝式散热片、散水系统、挡水板、冷却风扇、扶梯等组成。

冷却塔原理:是用需冷却的水经散水系统散开,蜂窝式散热片一方面是将散水管来的水进一步散均匀,另一方面是冷却风扇的风由散热片下部向上部运动对水进行冷却(与水流方向相反),经冷却的水落到集水盘中,再由下部出水口流出。

工作原理:打开开关送入的是自然新风,关闭开关则是屋内的循环风,使其屋内的温度恒温更快。

风机盘管的清洗:
Cleaning of fan coil:
1.风机盘管开机,检查电磁阀是否有打开。
1. fan coil unit to start, check whether the solenoid valve has been opened.
2.关闭进出水闸阀,撤下靠风机盘管入水端的金属软管接头。
2. close the inlet and outlet valve, and remove the metal hose connector from the fan coil end.
3.接上自制的排水塑料软管,管接在盘管的入水口(注意先把一端插进蓄水盘的溢流口,防止没关尽的水流到吊顶上,引起以后吊顶发霉,同时也会把排水管里冲洗干净,疏通顺畅。撤下相反,把管内的水排完在取出)

4.打开回水阀开关,开到最大,直到把管内的残渣冲干净。

8.关闭排气阀,检查进出水温度差不超过2℃才算正常,检查是否有漏水现象,恢复原样。收拾工具撤离现场(上下吊顶要注意安全,选好位置安全操作)
