中央空调安装新风系统节能措施
1)新风、排风全热交换实施。热回收方式分为全热回收和显热回收装置两种。其中全热回收装置的工作原理是空气与空气的能量回收通风装置,并且通过对室内外空气焙差的利用,运用全热回收机芯的导热透湿功能,双向置换通风产生能量的交换,从而让新风最大程度的获取排风焙值,节约新风在预处理过程中的能量消耗,最终实现既节能又换气的目的。在整个过程中节约的能量有显热和潜热,节能效果十分可观,而且全热交换的效率也得到了提升。排风中热量回收的装置种类众多,转轮式与板翘式不仅可以实现全热交换,而且可以进行显热交换;热管式与热回收回路只能进行显热交换。适合我们日常生活的热回收装置就是转轮式和板翘式交换器。转轮式换热通过排风与新风逆向交替通过转轮,转轮自身对其中的清洗扇进行控制,从而适应各种不同的空气,提高使用效率。由于转轮式换热是两种空气的相互交替,所以在一定程度上会出现交叉污染,所以,流过的气体应保证是无害的。根据先进科学技术的改造,空调的气密安全性较高,所以在全热回收的过程中不会污染新风。

2)新风、排风全热交换设计。(1)科学合理的设置空调机房。在进行中央空调设计时,为保证各方利益,空调机房的面积往往较小。所以,其空间的利用率自然较低。室外进风口与排风口在设计时要求间隔越远越好,从而可以更好的避免气流的短路。空调中全热转换器的接管较多导致其系统管路较为复杂。此外,由于我们周围空气质量的原因,积灰现象时常发生,这种现象的产生导致过滤器的堵塞,所以在使用过程中应注重过滤器的清洗工作。中央空调的全热回收必须保证新风与排风系统在相同处布置,所以在进行设计时应将系统的划分及风道的设置,热回收装置及送排风机的设置进行全面统筹,使整个系统划分合理。(2)排风热回收装置的合理设置。空调供冷与供暖的最小风量对全热交换器的大小具有直接影响。所以,在使用新风进行空调供冷时不能开启全热交换器。全热交换器一旦开启,新风就会被排风加湿,在换热过后新风供冷的效果就会降低。若一定要使用新风供冷,则必须要在新风与排风道上设置旁通风道,这样空气就不会经过交换器。

Therefore, when designing, we should comprehensively divide the system partition and the air duct setting, the heat recovery device and the sending and draining fan settings, so that the whole system can be divided into a reasonable one. (2) reasonable setting of exhaust heat recovery device. The minimum air volume of air conditioning cooling and heating has a direct impact on the size of the total heat exchanger. Therefore, the full heat exchanger can not be opened when the new wind is used for air conditioning for cooling. Once the heat exchanger is opened, the fresh air will be humidified by the exhaust air, and the effect of the new air supply will be reduced after the heat exchange. If the new wind is to be used for cooling, the bypass duct must be set up on the new wind and exhaust duct so that the air will not pass through the exchanger.
